3. Order & Refund Policy
  • Orders are final once placed. Check URLs before submission.
  • No refunds are given unless a service fails or cannot be delivered.
  • Refunds are returned as SMM panel balance only.
  • Chargebacks or disputes will result in immediate account termination.
4. API Usage
  • API access is available for automated resellers.
  • Abusing or overloading the API will lead to suspension.
  • You are responsible for keeping your API key secure.
5. Content Restrictions
  • Do not use our services to promote illegal or harmful content.
  • Violations will result in account suspension without notice.
6. Platform Compliance
  • You are solely responsible for following platform rules (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • We are not liable for bans or penalties resulting from service usage.
7. Cancellations
  • Cancellation is possible only if an order is delayed beyond the advertised start time by 24+ hours and not yet started.
  • Cancellation may take 3–7 days to process after review.
8. Multiple Orders Warning
  • Do not place multiple orders for the same link/service at the same time.
  • This may lead to over-delivery issues or undelivered orders.
9. Privacy
  • We do not store or sell your private data.
  • Information is used strictly for order processing.
10. Account Security
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized account access.
11. Prohibited Behavior
  • Do not use our platform for fraudulent or malicious activities.
  • Any abuse, exploitation, or spamming using our services is strictly forbidden.
  • Engaging in any behavior that disrupts our systems or negatively affects other users may result in a permanent ban.
12. Payment Policy
  • All payments are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We accept payments through supported gateways only.
  • Suspicious or fraudulent transactions will be investigated and may result in account suspension.
13. Limitation of Liability
